  • As consumers look for healthy alternatives and veganism continues to grow, 29% of evening meals now contain no meat or fish
  • Over January, one in ten shoppers bought a meat-free ready meal, causing sales to rocket by 15% compared to this time last year
  • Customers continued to go green. Sales of spinach grew by 43% compared to the last 12 months
  • Aubergines also had a strong showing, with sales of the vegetable increasing by 23%
  • Consumers also had cherry cravings, with sales up by 25% in the last year
