in this day where its so hard to trust where your food comes from and whats in it, the more we talk about it the more truth , I believe will come of it.
About Me:
I don't have any children, (only 22) but I do take nutrition and healthy eating seriously. I try to eat organic, locally grown foods, and am passionate about cooking in ways that are most beneficial to your health. A few years ago, I developed psoriasis, a condition that has never been seen in my family. This led me to believe that despite my "good " eating habits, it must be an environmental or food derived toxin attacking cells. I believed this strongly, because the psoriasis would recede or get much worse, depending on what foods I ate, such as yeast, gluten, etc. That's what set the bandwagon going in terms of really monitoring what goes in and out of my body. I began to realize that healthy doesn't only stem from what you eat but how you live with and treat the world.

You said it...I love what you wrote about where our food comes from and what's in it...and recognizing that things physically can get worse depending on what we eat.
