Hi there! I love dabbeling in raw foods!!! I really need to invest in a dehydraytor and good juicer! I love making desserts tho. Maybe I will post some pics! some time. I worked with a lady who was 100% for a while so I learned alot from her and got to try alot of her yummy food too!

Which one?? LOL.....I have several but am not pursuing any at the moment. Actually, I'm spending the month on a lake in Northern Ontario :) Just enjoying my kids :)

Come August I'll get my butt in gear again. I've scrapped the cookbook idea all together though. I'm not sure where I want to take FoodSpark, if anywhere. I'll be focussing on my practice and the best way to help people.

Good morning! I was wondering if you have any suggestions for using the greens of beets. Do you use them to juice or cooking in any way? Usually I just use the beet for my juices. Thanks! Oh, and nice touch with the music! Makes plunking away on the keyboard very relaxing! Have a great day! Michele
