So here it goes I'm starting my own company catering to people of all types of diffrent needs. I thought when i came up with this Idea that i would be catering to a few yuppie families with more money than kitchen know how and it turns out that i havestumbled onto my very own little nich market of special need personal cook for people who can't do for themselves< Or familes that have sevral diffrent people with diffent eating needs. So much for biting off more than i can chew.
