Hi Wendy! I just happen to be online and saw your profile come up. Welcome to FoodSpark. I am a huge believer in whole foods. My supplements are even whole foods. Looks like you have a beautiful family. I have 3 of my own - although they look to be a bit "shorter" than yours!! lol. Anyway, I am a RN by trade and love this site. It's great meeting new people!
