Great Harvest is a bread company. They grind all their own grains right on site. It's all whole grain and they only use sea salt, water and yeast in many of recipes in addition to whatever grains are going in. Of course, you can also purchase things that aren't so healthy (yum). It really helps me keep my family healthy while I don't have the time to do a lot of things I would like to!
We attend Lincoln Berean Church (non-denominational) They have an awesome website and you can get a lot of resouces. www.lincolnbereanchurch.org (i think...) It is so about what you do with Jesus. I'm continuously a work in progress; learning more all the time, trying to grow in my faith. I love Beth Moore Bible studies. Have you ever done one? I haven't for a couple of years, but probably should again soon.
My 10 year old is sick today so I guess I'm at home with him. Tonsillitis seems to be going around. Hopefully it won't last long. We leave for a family reunion in Ohio on Thurs!
Have a great week and take care!
Welcome to Food spark! I immediately knew by your user name that you were a believer! Me too! Wow - I admire you milling everything and baking from scratch. I did that once.....(at least the baking part) but then came 3 kids. Now I let Great Harvest do the milling and baking for me! :) Take care and I'm sure we'll visit more in the future!
