hi randy -i just started taking jinsei - it's a nutritional supplement that comes in powder form. it's the only time i've stuck to taking supplements everyday because i can't stand swallowing all the capsules! so i am really happy with jinsei and feel just great on it!

Randy,

What are the best isotonic-form multivitamin? I looked online and there are so many! I'll let you know what my blood work says when I find out tomorrow, maybe you will be able to suggest the best kind for me based on that. thanks!

Thanks so much Randy! I had no idea about the capsule forms, I thought they were more digestible (sp?) since they had priobiotics in them as well...Will definately check on that website and will keep in touch with more questions/comments. Thanks again!

Hi Randy!

Thank you so much for your comment! I try to to control my disease with a well balanced diet full of whole foods, plenty of water, Garden of Life supplements and exercise. I've just recently started having symptoms again and my doctor says that I'm very anemic (which could be signs of intestinal bleeding). I'm concerned and would like to know more ways of controlling my symptoms naturally without depending on prescripts...Would love some information on the book and more alternative ways of coping with Crohn's.

Glad to know that your son is doing so well!

Hi Randy,
I am a Health Counselor through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. My studies are BS in Kinesiology/ Athletic Training from SF State, MS in Exercise Fitness Health Promotion from George Mason University. Through the years, I've studied the human body and I've become highly interested in nutrition as it has such a great impact in our well being, that which most people are unaware of.
