Hi D,
I suggest just going on good old You Tube and doing a search. It looks like there are quite a few good videos out there. I noticed one of Russell Blaylock, the author of Excitotoxins. That might be a good one to check out. I'm sure you'll find something, but off the top of my head I don't have any recommendations.

the seminar is being held in my small town about 2.5hours from toronto.
my friends church is having a wellness day...focusing on depression.
