I struggle with my weight and would like to find the perfect balances of foods for me. Not based on what some diet tells me but based on what makes me feel better and energized.
About Me:
I have struggled with my weight all my adult life. I have just lost weight and am still working hard to keep it off and lose the rest. I am curious to know how what I eat affects me and at the same time how different foods play a part in children's behavior.

Have you ever heard of a program called Transitions Lifestyle System which focuses on Low Glycemic Eating. It is an incredible program that is a part of my health and nutrition business. If you want some information on it let me know.
Hello Claudia and welcome. I think you will love this site. How much weight did you and lose and how did you lose it? I so enjoy studying how certain food ultimately ends up making us more hungry in the end. How old are your kids? Mine are 12, 10 and 8 and yes, there is definately a connection between their eating and their behavior.
