What about nutrition interests you?: I am a certified Health Counselor. I am interested in and support others on the integration of body, mind, and soul care.

About Me:: I am a RN who became interested in disease prevention, & acheiving the best possible health for oneself. I was introduced to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC, where I graduated this June. I am most interested in helping my fellow health care professionals around the US and the world, keep balance & healing in their lives while they are caring for others.

I would think that I would need to adjust a particular idea, ie. upgrade the freshness & vitality to reach your 'girls' ...I will check your site tomorrow, as now ,I need to hit the hay for a 530 wake up for Nursing duty....BTW which Louisville are you residing? .....P

wow, your work sounds wonderful as well!
I do have a website its www.girlevolution.com and I want girls to lead healthier lifestyles so I want to give them info on every aspect of healthy living: nutrition, exercise, hormones, etc.

I want the content to be fun and fresh and interesting for the girls.

I would like it to be weekly, bimonthly or monthly - whichever you prefer.
