Eating "whole" foods. Teaching my son to have a taste for real foods, as opposed to the processed stuff you can find everywhere. Improving my health through nutrition. Preventing health issues, such as diabetes.
About Me:
I'm a stay at home mom, but I also take care of my 2 year old cousin. I am interested in feeding myself, my husband, my son, and my cousin healthy foods without guilt. I have read so many books on dieting that I can no longer eat without feeling guilty all of the time and I would like to change that. I look forward to better health and a better relationship with food through the education and support that this website appears to offer.
