1 litre of Plain yogurt
Zest of one Orange, plus juice
Zest of one Lime, plus juice
Zest of one Lemon, plus juice
1/4 cup of Natural Honey
1 tsp of Cinnamon
smidge of salt
Blend together in a bowl and place into squirt bottle, keep in fridge.
Mix dressing ( of your desired amount) with fresh salad greens, spinach, almonds, orange segments, fresh strawberries, and toss lightly and enjoy!!
