- About Me:
- I am a recent graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and received my RHN with a Certificate of Merit. As stressful a year as it was, it was well worth it. I am excited to announce my new business, NOURISH Whole Food Nutrition. (website almost complete, watch for www.nourishstratford.com.) I will be consulting, teaching seminars and cooking classes, food planning, cooking for busy moms and eventually opening a small food place. My passion for holistic health has been there as long as I can remember, being raised to be conscious of my food choices, the environment and holistic medicine. I wake up excited about it everyday.
