Thank you for posting this. The answer is 100% correct -- excessive ingestion of SUGAR. Virtually no one in standard medicine reports this, instead pushing the standard answer of "genetics" on the public.

This deficiency is linked to many diseases and disorders, causing untold pain and suffering and costing billions of dollars each year. Milk is not the great food for kids that it is made out to be

Milk is not a great food for kids. It seems that we have lost the plot and can’t look beyond calcium.
When you pasteurised milk you destroy all the enzymes which are essential for digestion. Human mother’s milk is rich in enzymes to digests the milk that it comes with. A Smart Breakfast Leads to Smarter Healthier Kids

The word breakfast simply means “breaking the fast.” Since breakfast is the meal we eat after our longest period of rest it has special significance to our metabolism. Just as getting enough sleep is important to a person’s performance during the day, eating a good breakfast is equally important. It provides the vital nourishment and energy we need to start and carry out our day. In today’s fast-paced society breakfast tends to be neglected or substituted with highly processed foods stripped of… Continue
