My husband and I still talk about having another child...but naturally. I don't know if I have the strength to get my body on track again. I know what a journey it is...but it is sooo worth it. Even to have said that you gave it your all and tried is meaningful.
Awesome Autumn,
Great to hear that you are back on track. Just keep focused on the goal ahead and you will be able to maintain your focus and drive. You can do it!
A friend of mine gave me that book. I will check it out online to make sure of the title. Sounds like you've got a lot on your plate. At least the move is over, and you found a job already. That's great! I'm feeling o.k. Although, my allergies have been brutal lately. I'm waiting for the first frost...hopefully after that I'll start feeling better. How home renos are almost done, which is a huge relief.
Hope the move went well. Sorry, never found that book :Conquering your fertility or infertility? I think that was the name. I have no idea where it went. How are you?
What foods are better for you and what to eat for the best nutrients.
About Me:
I have PCOS. My husband and I have tried for 5 years to have children. Last year, I started the South Beach diet and lost 40lbs. Since I have lost that weight, my cycle has been regular for the past year. I would still like to lose more weight before we look closer into fertility testing. I want to know what to eat and why. I believe that I didn't grow up understanding what was good for you. You should eat beans but why and is one better than the other. Maybe it is a south thing. I was just told to clean my plate. I would love to be a healthy weight. I would love to have energy. I would love to go shopping with my friends. I would love to have a happy, healthy baby. But I realize that the baby will get the nutrients that I eat. I want my children to eat healthy and to make good food choices.
