I just found out that they have a New Laurel's Kitchen book. I'm going to order it. The original book sounds like a bible for vegetarians. Thanks again for you help.

Thank you Sacha for your info. Were both of your children raised as vegetarians from birth? Do you know if either of those books you mentioned cover this topic? I'm not looking at how to become vegetarian but rather material on child/baby/toddler nutritional needs etc...recipes would be helpful too. Thanks again:)
