So.. I am starting Dr. Asa Andrew's anti inflammatory diet today for the second time. I made it 2.5 weeks last time..but then went off the deep end with processed flours, sugar, fat and all that yummy stuff. But I have decided i will be stronger this time. I have a larger support group of fellow dieters, and I am thinking good positive thoughts about how chaning my diet and bringing balance to my body might help out my ovaries.
