For those who don't know me and read this...I am a Chef's Apprentice, I am specializing in Food Allergies and Vegetarian/Fruitarian/Rawism/etc, and special needs diets.....My question today is...How do you feel about agar agar and how would you like to eat it.....
Agar Agar comes from seaweed and works like gelitan, but vegan. I've made a 'spagetti' pasta with it and tomato juice, fruit juice, an array of assorted juices.......I'm looking for some new ideas that do not involve dessert courses..…
