About Me:

I am 47 years old, have 4 children ages 13 to 20 years old. I had thyroid cancer 13 years ago. Since then, I have had several cysts, nodules, bumps from my breasts and colon. My dad has colon cancer, still surviving after 8 years. I want to start taking better care of myself and my family thru nutrition.
