We don't have alot of choices in life, but we can choose the food we eat. Currently we are experimenting with gluten-free, and it seems to be doing well for us. I am always looking for yummy healthy recipes!

It's definately different than what I'm used to, but I am wondering - my daughter gets terrible ezcema on the inside of the elbows during the winter. I think it is from her shirt sleeves pressing up against her skin so tight when she has her arms bent during school. Do you think the soap nuts would help with that?

Mine are now 12, 10 and 7....wow~ so they keep us busy! Our oldest is entering Jr. High (girl) so you can imagine the wild ride we are on with hormone, emotions, etc. :) Have a super weekend.
