I love this book. Great for all different body/nutrition goals. Has daily menus, recipes and great information, covering everything from losing weight, gaining weight, maintaining muscle, what to eat when injured, pregnant, training for a century, etc.

I highly recommend it!

Carrie congrats on your progress, I am just starting out on my road to better health, would this book be best for me? Any books you found invaluable when you were just starting?
